Payroll
We would be happy to discuss the implications of employing someone. Employment red tape can be intimidating, but we can guide you through the processes, costs, calculations and deadlines- or take care of everything for you!
If you employ someone and pay them you will need to register as an employer, obtain a payroll number from CRA, and calculate and deduct income tax, Employment Insurance and Canada Pension (i.e. source deductions) owed to CRA and other applicable government Ministries.
You then remit these deductions to either CRA or other government Ministry on their behalf at regular intervals.
We can advise you regarding all aspects of payroll preparation and compliance, making sure your calculations are correct and that you meet your deadlines and requirements. We can also offer advice on recruitment and staff retention, and provide human resource consultancy services through one of our approved suppliers.
The responsibilities faced by employers can be intimidating, but we can guide you through the processes, costs, calculations and deadlines and take care of everything for you.
